Joe collected his prestigious award at the Historic Motoring Awards evening held at the Dorchester Hotel.
Chair of the Federation Skills Trust, Karl Carter had the pleasure of presenting Joe's award at last week's prestigious Octane Magazine Historic Motoring Awards.
